Description We are looking for a Receptionist Lead/Front Office Coordinator to oversee daily front office operations and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced corporate environment. This contract position is based in Boulder, Colorado, and requires an individual with strong attention to detail, customer service, and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office functions while managing guest experiences, vendor interactions, and administrative tasks with efficiency and a high standard of service. Responsibilities: u2022 Greet and assist clients, guests, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and seamless check-in process. u2022 Manage incoming calls, direct inquiries appropriately, and respond to messages promptly. u2022 Coordinate meeting room bookings, including A/V setup and catering arrangements. u2022 Maintain office supplies, kitchen inventory, and oversee mail and package distribution. u2022 Collaborate with building management and vendors to address maintenance and IT issues. u2022 Ensure shared office spaces are tidy and ready for use at all times. u2022 Process invoices and manage office budgets with accurate coding and allocation. u2022 Support onboarding processes for new hires, including workspace setup and orientation. u2022 Assist with planning and executing staff events and team-building activities. u2022 Monitor reception inbox and address inquiries in a timely and thorough manner. Requirements u2022 High school diploma or equivalent education required. u2022 At least 3 years of experience in reception, concierge, or customer service roles within corporate settings. u2022 Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. u2022 Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a detail-oriented approach. u2022 Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a dynamic environment. u2022 Proven attention to detail and accuracy in handling tasks. u2022 Experience interacting with vendors and managing confidential information. u2022 Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills and a service-oriented approach.
