What You'll Do: Act as atechnical liaisonbetween Silgan's manufacturing teams and our customersby delivering expert advice and technical solutions for vestigate, address, and resolve customer concerns, to uphold productquality and customer satisfaction. Oversee customer packaginginitiatives, deliver technical education, and conduct testing to meetproject and quality requirements. Contribute to new product developmentinitiatives, cost-saving strategies, and regulatory compliance. Ensurequality standards by coordinating product evaluations and testing atcustomer sites. Assess materials and review performance specifications,container applications, and materials substitutions related to customercontainer use. What We Need You to Have: A bachelor's degree in FoodScience, Microbiology, Chemistry, Packaging, Engineering, or a relatedscientific field. Proficiency in MS Office Strong project managementskills with demonstrated experience managing multiple prioritieseffectively. Strong listening, verbal, and written skills to engage andbuild customer relationships. Willingness to travel domestically up to25% annually.
