In this long-term contract role, you will play a vital part in maintaining smooth office operations and providing exceptional administrative support. Responsibilities: u2022 Handle incoming calls with attention to detail, ensuring prompt responses and accurate information delivery. u2022 Manage daily administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and organizing office supplies. u2022 Perform data entry tasks with precision to maintain up-to-date and accurate information in company systems. u2022 Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and detail-oriented manner, ensuring they feel welcomed. u2022 Coordinate communication between departments to facilitate efficient workflow and information sharing. u2022 Prepare reports, memos, and correspondence as needed, ensuring high standards of accuracy and formatting. u2022 Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information and adhere to company policies. u2022 Support the team by managing various clerical duties, ensuring deadlines are met. u2022 Monitor and restock office inventory to ensure supplies are readily available. u2022 Assist in organizing meetings and events, including preparing materials and managing logistics.
