Creates, manages and distributes high-quality content that strengthens the INW Region's image, supports internal communications and enhances engagement with employees, physicians, patients and community partners.Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategic communication plansWork with the INW Executive team and other team members, providing strategic support and all communications assistanceUse communications expertise in positioning and messaging to support the INW Region's growth and retention objectivesProvide comprehensive tactical support, assistance with daily activities and project support.Assist in crafting internal newsletters, leadership updates and employee communication campaigns.Oversee and deliver regional new employee orientation. Collaborate with the INW Executive team and Human Potential to create a cultural experience that is engaging and supports employee belonging.Form strong relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders to support strategic and operational initiativesRequirements:Bachelor's degree in communications, Journalism, Marketing or related field.Minimum of 7 years of experience producing (writing and editing) communication content and materialsExperience working with executives, key stakeholders to support communication needsMinimum of one year of experience working in healthcare field preferred.About Deaconess HospitalFounded in 1896, MultiCare Deaconess Hospital is a 388-bed acute-care hospital serving the greater Spokane region.
