If you are a friendly, motivated person, with a passion to serve others, the Omni Homestead Resort & Spa may be your perfect match.The laundry attendant - box truck driver will make sure that linens are processed in a timely fashion, in accordance with Omni Hotel standards, and delivered to the Resort. Must be comfortable operating all laundry equipment (ex. commercial dryer, commercial washer, linen folder, etc.) and driving, loading and unloading a box truck.Load and unload commerical washing machineLoad and unload commerical dryersFeed sheets and table linen through ironerFolding towelsSorting dirty linenPacking clean linens into binsTransporting dirty linen from the Resort to the the laundry facilityTransporting clean linen from the laundry facility to the ResortAny other tasks as required by managementMust be able to lift, push, and pull up to 75lbs, and stand for 7-8 hours per shiftMust be able to bend, crouch, crawl, stoop, and kneel on a regular basis throughout shiftMust be willing and able to work a flexible scheduling, including morning and evenings, weekends and holidaysPrevious laundry experience in a professional setting (preferred)Should be comfortable working in an enviroment that is hot due to the machines and processing the linens.Must posses a valid driver's licenseMust be 21 years or olderMust be able to operate a small box truckMust be able to pass a premployment drug screenOmni Hotels & Resorts is an equal opportunity employer.
