Summary:We are seeking an HR Administrator who combines strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and professional discretion to support our HR leadership team and core HR operations.The HumanResourcesAdministrator will provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior HR leaders, ensuring HR functionsoperateefficiently and effectively.This role focuses on managing workflow priorities, prepping materials, and supporting key HR initiatives while managing select administrative responsibilities.TheHR Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, andseamless executionacross the HumanResourcesteam.Responsibilities:Providedirect administrative support to senior HR leaders, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and prioritization of requestsPrepareagendas, presentations, reports, and briefing materials for leadership meetings, reviews, and presentationsCoordinatelogisticsfor HR leadership meetings, offsites, town halls, andtrainings(scheduling,food & beverage,materials,etc.)Trackaction items, deadlines, and deliverables for HR leadership and ensuretimelyfollow-upSupportonboarding and offboarding processes in coordination with HR Business Partners and Talent AcquisitionAssistwith preparation and distribution of HR communications and documentationSupport benefits administration activities and respond to routine employee inquiriesCoordinatedata changes and documentation related to payroll, promotions, transfers, and terminationsProvide coordination andadministrative support for HR initiatives, programs, and projectsAssistwith compiling metrics, reports, and dashboards for HR leadershipSupport audits,process improvements, and documentation effortsHandle ad hocrequests requiring discretion, sound judgment, and professionalismAssociate’sorBachelor’s degree inHumanResources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 3+ years of administrative or HR support experience preferredExperience supporting senior leadersStrongproficiencywith Microsoft Office and HRIS platformsExcellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities with minimal directionHigh levelof professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive informationProactive problem-solving and anticipation of leadership needsExceptional attention to detail and follow-throughAbility to build relationships and collaborate across functionsThe H.W.
