Fanatics is preparing for the busiest and most exciting night of the year—Super Bowl Championship order fulfillment. We’re hiring experienced warehouse professionals to join our team as Packers. In this role, you’ll ensure that high‑demand championship merchandise is packed accurately and efficiently, ready to ship to fans immediately after the final whistle. Key Responsibilities • Pack customer orders accurately according to company standards and shipping requirements. • Verify product accuracy and quality before sealing orders. • Use packing materials correctly to ensure items are protected during transit. • Label packages and prepare them for shipment in a timely manner. • Work closely with picking, shipping, and inventory teams to maintain workflow. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe packing station. • Follow all Fanatics safety protocols and performance guidelines. Required Qualifications • Prior warehouse experience is required. • Ability to stand and remain on your feet for up to 12 hours during peak Super Bowl fulfillment. • Ability to lift 25 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment. • Comfortable working under tight deadlines with high order volumes. • Previous packing or e-commerce fulfillment experience. • Familiarity with warehouse packing systems or RF scanning devices. • Strong teamwork and communication skills ***General Requirements*** When working in a warehouse environment through Bluecrew, you may be expected to do any and all of the following: Working independently or in a team to pick, pack, and ship items Safely relocating or repacking inventory items as directed, up to 50 pounds in weight Operating machinery or other light equipment as trained in a safe and responsible manner Reaching, crouching, bending over, and other physically strenuous activities as required by the immediate supervisor Working on your feet at a fast pace for the entirety of the shift Comfortable working in an environment where there are forklifts, machinery, large trucks, and other standard or sub-standard warehouse equipment There may be a specific dress code, but if it is not listed, please make sure to wear close-toed shoes and pants.
