About the Role: Asthe CBRE Quality and Compliance Sr. Manager for the Argonne NationalLaboratory (ANL) Aurora Exascale Supercomputer Facility , you will beresponsible for ensuring the compliance of the on-site team from a qualityassurance and quality control perspective, both under the policies andprocedure perspective as well as ensuring the successful delivery of criticalrepairs. This job is part of theContract Quality Management job function, responsible for ensuring compliance relatedto delivery of contractual services. Thisposition requires an advanced Operations and Environmental, Health and Safety andProject Management skill set, solid infrastructure knowledge, and the abilityto operate within a national laboratory environment , supporting DOEmission-critical workloads and rigorous compliance requirements, primarilyon-site. What Youu2019ll Do: + Function as an Operations and Environmental, Health, and Safety (QHSE) resource to aid in maintaining specific plans, playbooks, and procedures for the assigned account, making certain playbooks are current, complete, and implemented.Provide account-level oversight of annual inspections and audits. + Coordinate and manage the teams daily activities on QHSE. Along with on-site leadership, establish work schedules, assign task and cross train staff. Mentor and coach as needed. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching for assigned staff. + Execute both company and confidential client compliance programs and participate in continuous improvement objectives. + Create initiaves and communicate issues across the functional areas. Report compliance status to key stakeholders and Sr. Management regularly + In conjunction with the site team and various key stakeholders, the Quality & Compliance Sr. Manager is required to solicit, coordinate map out and continually manage overall critical repairs and replacements, extra works and planned maintenance inputs. Responsible for the operational 12-18 month view as well as a 5 year roadmap. + Develop (or refine) communication practices to distribute to stakeholders, Identify and resolve project risk or issues. + Where critical repairs and extra works are conducted by on-site team, the Quality & Compliance Sr. Manager is required to assist in ensuring vendor sourcing requirements are met, and track vendor performance on the various projects including ongoing administration. + Apply a broad knowledge of the business, own discipline, and how own discipline integrates with other to achieve team and departmental objectives + Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE Rise Values.
