What you will be doing: As the Manager, FP&A u2013 Marketplace, youu2019ll play a vital role in shaping the financial future of our Marketplace business. You will drive profitability, financial discipline, and sustainable growth by leading comprehensive financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis at the category, brand, and full P&L levels. Acting as a strategic advisor, youu2019ll translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights that empower business leaders to make informed operational and strategic decisions. This role leads the annual budgeting process, delivers weekly and monthly business reviews, and partners closely with Marketplace, Merchants, Operations, and Accounting teams to ensure financial accuracy, transparency, and operational excellence. Youu2019ll also champion process improvement and automation, making a lasting impact on the efficiency and scalability of our finance operations.
