Job Description Insight Global is hiring an Aircraft Operations Coordinator to support our client in Great Falls, MT. This role is responsible for coordinating, planning, organizing, and overseeing the readiness and release of MH-139 aircraft. The coordinator will manage operational activities during assigned shifts to ensure alignment with the daily flight schedule. A high level of subject matter expertise is essential, including the ability to review aircraft documentation, validate Aircraft/Engine Logbook entries, and oversee operational control responsibilities. Candidates should have prior experience in aviation support and be familiar with the Exceptional Release process. The role also includes verifying aircraft status to ensure all required actions are completed accurately. The standard schedule is 1st shift (7:00 AM u2013 3:30 PM), with availability required for 2nd or 3rd shift as needed.
