Job Description We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee all onsite operations for a contract-based agricultural new build. The project involves four pre-engineered metal buildings, including a milking parlor, two free-stall barns, and a calf barn, totaling approximately 157,000 square feet for a growing dairy operation. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) projects, with agricultural construction experience considered a strong plus. Responsibilities + Oversee full onsite coordination of the construction project. + Manage subcontractors effectively to ensure smooth project execution. + Enforce safety standards and protocols on the construction site. + Develop and maintain construction schedules. + Ensure quality control throughout the construction process. + Facilitate the smooth transition from groundbreaking to project closeout. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Cadillac, Michigan. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $36.06 - $43.27/hr.
