Job Title: Stock Room Clerk Job Description As a member of the Materials Team, the Stock Room Clerk plays a key role in supporting daily operations. This position is responsible for picking components and assembling job kits for the production floor, fulfilling requests for replacement materials and supplies, assisting with cycle counts, unloading incoming deliveries, and packaging orders for shipment. The role requires collaboration with multiple departments to ensure timely and accurate material flow throughout the organization. This role will pay $20 - $25 an hour and any international shipping experience is a bonus. This will be a 1st shift Mon - Fri role. Responsibilities + Pull materials from stock using FIFO, build kits based on Production Order requirements, ensure items are properly identified and counts are accurate, and complete all related inventory transactions in SAP. + Perform inventory checks through hand counts and weigh scales to maintain accurate and reliable inventory records. + Assist with packaging products for shipment and help with opening, verifying, and processing incoming deliveries as needed. + Operate Schleuniger cable cutting equipment to prepare cable to required lengths for production and sales orders. + Maintain a clean, organized, and FOD-compliant stockroom to support a safe and efficient working environment. Essential Skills + Reliability and strong work ethic. + Ability to follow printed and electronic instructions accurately. + Strong planning and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks. + High level of accuracy and attention to detail. + Good communication and organizational skills. + Basic computer skills with the ability to learn and use the company's ERP system (SAP). + Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. + Physical ability to lift small to medium-sized packages and move heavier reels and pallets using a pallet jack.
