This position is fully onsite and located in Dardenne Prairie, MO Job Description Under general direction from the Warranty Supervisor, and in accordance with applicable policies and procedures, the role is responsible for ensuring all returns are processed efficiently, accurately and in a timely manner. - Disposition return authorization: u2022 Verify all required documents are included with the product u2022 Verify product within warranty u2022 Verify product has warrantable defect u2022 Match product to receipt and to return authorization - Process return authorization in system and report issues in system: u2022 Record product data u2022 Record shipping data u2022 Responsible for the cardboard recycling/bundling machine operations u2022 Responsible for product destruction u2022 Goal is to process all returns within 24 hours Skills Order Entry, Microsoft office, Customer Service, Warranty Claims, SAP Qualifications Must Haves: + Computer Entry skills + 1-3 years of experience with order entry + High School Diploma or equivalent Nice-to-Haves: -ERP software experience -Knowledge of baseball or sports equipment -Warranty Claims experience Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Chesterfield, MO.
