Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Support key customers, ensuring timely and accurate handling of order requirements. Communicate proactively with customers about order status, lead times, and any changes. Serve as a liaison between internal purchasing and external customers to coordinate expectations. Collaborate to validate timelines and expedite vendor delivery to meet customer timelines. Assist with general customer inquiries, product availability, and basic technical information. Qualifications: Familiarity with computer systems, Outlook and ERP systems (P21 preferred). Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Customer service or order processing experience in a manufacturing or technical environment. Project management experience, preferred.
