Assembler Location: Grantsville, Utah Pay: $20 Shift: Morning Job Description We are seeking an entry-level Thermal Works Assembler to join our production team. This hands-on role involves assembling large equipment and enclosures, and is perfect for individuals who are reliable, eager to learn, and comfortable using basic tools. No prior manufacturing, HVAC, or trade experience is necessary. Responsibilities + Assemble parts and components by following simple work instructions. + Use basic hand and power tools, with training provided. + Build and fasten frames, panels, and other components. + Perform basic visual checks to ensure correct assembly. + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation. + Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals. + Assist in the assembly of large-scale electronic and mechanical components for battery enclosures. + Operate forklifts to move heavy materials and battery modules. + Push and maneuver carts loaded with up to 750 lbs of equipment. + Follow detailed work instructions and safety protocols. + Perform repetitive tasks while standing for extended periods. + Collaborate with team members and material handlers to maintain production flow. Essential Skills + Proven experience operating forklifts in an industrial setting. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and perform physically demanding tasks. + Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with tools such as torque wrenches, drills, and crimpers. + Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions in English. + Strong teamwork, reliability, and willingness to be coached. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in labor, warehouse, construction helper, automotive work, or hands-on hobbies is helpful but not required. + Mechanically inclined with the ability to perform heavy lifting and machine operating. + Open to candidates who have a basic understanding and communication in English and Spanish.
