Job DescriptionThe Dispatch Service Coordinator is a multi-faceted role that supports the functions of our Service department by receiving, verifying, and entering Customer Work Orders into our various operating systems. The role will also conduct outreach to customers and 3rdparty partners as part of work order scheduling process.Job Responsibilities General:Based on extensive knowledge and experience, provide guidance to other employees to solve problems, answer questions, and research issues that may arise within the administrative function.Recommend methods to improve operation processes, efficiency and service to both internal and external customers.Serve as a resource for other departments on matters pertaining to functional area.1 Weekend per month On-CallCustomer Service:Daily management of Customer Work Order inboxResolve issues/questions from customers and Best Beverage techniciansCreation and dispatching of customer work order requestsContact Customers to verify work order detailsOperations Support:Support Dispatching processContact 3rdparty partners to check on status of outstanding work orders.Functional Responsibilities:Verify initial information for all incoming work order requestsCall / Contact customers with update on work order ETAsDispatch work order information to field technicians and answer associated questions.
