Job Description

We are looking forService Leader Housekeeping to join our team! Key Responsibilities: General & Technical Knowledge Demonstrates full understanding of the Shangri-La Experience and current corporate and hotel housekeeping service standards. Understands the proper use and care of all housekeeping chemicals and equipment. Familiar with the setup and servicing of guest rooms, including extra beds, baby cots, and playpens Customer Loyalty Notes, collects, and acts on guest preferences to enhance personalised service. Maintains professional and caring interactions with guests, in line with hotel policies and procedures. Operational Processes Responds promptly to guest requests and runs errands as needed. Properly uses and cares for housekeeping chemicals and equipment. Cleans and sets up guest rooms, including extra beds and baby cots/playpens. Manages guest loan items, ensuring they are clean, functional, and properly tracked. Follows SOPs for handling master keys, pagers, and phones. Reports any loss or damage of linen, furniture, fixtures, or equipment to the Service Leader Housekeeping. Identifies and reports maintenance deficiencies to the Service Leader Housekeeping to ensure timely resolution. Key Requirements: At least 3 years working experience under the housekeeping department within the hospitality industry.
