Job Summary Inpersonmarketing with prospective and/or current owners within our resorts. Schedules guests to meet with a representative for a presentation. Essential Job Responsibilities Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Travel + Leisure Partner with the resort staff to receive arrival sheets of guests checking in Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales-preview tour Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Greet,presentand incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales presentationin accordance withall company policies, compliance standards and regulatory requirements whilemaintainingminimum performance goals (80% time) Attend all scheduled training sessions, department meetings, keep current on marketing information and materials, keep current on industry trends, and set and review performance goals weekly,monthlyand annually. (20%) Travel Requirements No travelrequiredoutside of the home site’s area MinimumRequirements and Qualifications Sales and/or marketing experienceispreferred, notrequired. Mustmaintainproduction standards. Education High School Diploma or equivalent isrequired. Training requirements NoneKnowledge and skillsClear and concise written and verbal communication skills. Performance above or below reasonable expectations could result in incentive earnings outside of this range.
