We do this by delivering exceptional experiences to our customers, employees, partners, and communities.We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to join our team, reporting directly to the Controller. As the Accounts Receivable Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the accounts receivable function, ensuring timely and accurate billing, collections, and reporting. You will play a critical role in maintaining healthy cash flow and building strong collaborative relationships with our internal Customer Care team and external Collections team.This will be a hybrid role at our Gilbert, AZ headquarters required to be in office at least 2 days per week.Responsibilities:Lead and manage the Accounts Receivable function, including three local specialists and 35 plus outsourced specialists.Oversee billing, collections, and cash application processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.Monitor accounts receivable aging and implement strategies to reduce days sales outstanding.Partner with Sales and Operations to resolve billing issues and support timely collections.Develop, document, and maintain accounts receivable policies and procedures.Prepare monthly accounts receivable reporting and support audit requests as needed.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen controls, efficiency, and scalability within AR operations.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance, or related field5+ years of experience in accounts receivable or related finance roles2+ years of experience managing AR teams, or a related management roleStrong knowledge of GAAP and AR best practicesPreferred Qualifications:Experience in Pest Control or other service-based industriesFamiliarity with FieldRoutes (fka PestRoutes) or other Operations Suite softwareFamiliarity with ASC 606 revenue recognition under US GAAPKnowledge of collections laws and compliance standardsPay and BenefitsEcoShield is proud to offer competitive pay and full benefits!Weekly Pay - get paid every Friday!Paid sick and vacation time along with 10 company-paid holidaysComprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance options, including a Health Savings Account (HSA).Short-term and long-term disability coverage, plus voluntary life insurance.401(k) with a competitive match: 100% of the first 3% contributed and 50% of the next 2%.Access to the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Discounted pest control services for employees and their friends/family.Physical Demands and Working Requirements The physical demands and working conditions outlined here are typical requirements for an employee to effectively carry out the essential duties of this job.Reasonable accommodations may be provided to assist individuals with disabilities in performing these essential functions.Requires prolonged periods of sitting at a desk or workstation Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing and using a computer mouse Occasionally lift and carry office materials or supplies up to 25 pounds Requires clear vision for reading documents, computer screens, and other office materials Work is inside a climate-controlled office with quiet to moderate noise level The above statements are meant to outline the general nature and scope of work performed by employees in this role.
