Your responsibilities include:Plans and leads field service operations for major C2ISR system installations, pre-deployments, deployments, and crew change-outs as member of global mobility/rapid deployment team, as outlined in PRDs and Peraton FSR Framework.Drives the strategic implementation of advanced setup, configuration, operational testing, and comprehensive troubleshooting methodologies for C2ISR systems and components (RF and networking equipment).Functions as a technical expert in optimizing teardown, packing, and shipping processes, including complex Return Material Authorization (RMA) procedures.Oversees the provision of on-site training to ensure comprehensive technological knowledge transfer to end-users on C2ISR system operations, configuration, and troubleshooting.Providesexpert guidance to FSRs, project managers, and Government personnel on complex field service challenges, system integration issues, and technical support best practices.Evaluates the overall effectiveness of FSR support,identifyingtrends, and recommending major changes to enhance efficiency, system uptime, and mission impact.Mentors and supervises journeyman and junior FSRs, fostering skill development and ensuring consistency in field service quality and adherence to best practices.Leads collaboration with key technical staff,logistics, and engineering teams to align field service activities with broader C2ISR objectives and PRD requirements.Architects and authors comprehensive Field Maintenance and Support Reports (FMSRs) summarizing deployed FSR activities, completed repairs, and outstanding issues/trends for Government attention.Establishes and enforces adherence to established FSR guidelines, quality standards, and all regulatory requirements as defined in PRDs.Required qualifications:Previousexperience asaField Service Representative (FSR)or similar rolesupporting a DoD customer at the CCMDlevelMinimum of8years’experiencewith BS/BA OR 12 years without a degree OR 10 years with AS/AAor6years’ experiencewith MS/MA, or3years’ experiencewith PhD.A current, active DoD security clearanceat the TS/SCI levelUS citizenship isrequired Work Environment:Location: Joint Base Pearl Harbor/Hickam, HIOn-site expectations: Full-time on-site presencerequiredfor equipment management and asset trackingTravel: May require occasional travel to CONUS and OCONUS sites forlogisticscoordination and facility assessmentsWhy Join Us? Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
