This role plays a pivotal part in supporting talent acquisition efforts within a manufacturing environment, focusing on hourly, unionized, and salaried hiring across multiple sites. Responsibilities: u2022 Coordinate interviews and schedules for hourly, unionized, and salaried positions, ensuring seamless communication with all parties involved. u2022 Serve as a point of contact for candidates, providing updates on interview schedules, next steps, and pre-employment requirements. u2022 Manage job postings across approved platforms and internal systems to attract candidates with relevant experience. u2022 Organize and support hiring events, such as job fairs, open houses, and on-site recruitment activities. u2022 Track and oversee pre-employment processes including background checks, drug screenings, physicals, and union documentation. u2022 Ensure compliance with union agreements, company policies, and employment regulations throughout the hiring process. u2022 Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within Applicant Tracking Systems and internal databases. u2022 Prepare recruiting reports, monitor requisition statuses, and contribute to audit readiness and compliance. u2022 Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows and implement process enhancements. u2022 Collaborate effectively across teams to meet hiring needs in alignment with production schedules.
