Kforce has a client that is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager, SEM in Fort Lauderdale, FL.nnResponsibilities:n Paid Media Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid search, social (Meta), and display advertising campaigns using social media platforms to drive traffic and conversionsn Budget Management: Manage and optimize campaigns within seven-figure budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS)n Product Feed Management: Oversee product feed management, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for various advertising channelsn Performance Analysis: Analyze large data sets to measure performance, identify trends, and adjust strategies accordinglyn Reporting: Develop and maintain regular reports on campaign performance, including multiple KPIs including ROAS, using Excel and other analytical toolsn Strategy Development: Collaborate with the e-commerce team to develop and implement comprehensive eCommerce marketing strategiesn A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and overall campaign performancen Stay Current: Keep up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid media and eCommerce marketingn Integrations & Tracking: Manage the technical setup of campaigns, including API integrations, keyword-level tracking, and pixel placement
