Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Woburn, Massachusetts. In this role, you will work closely with architects and engineers to ensure documentation is accurate and complete. This position offers flexible hours and an opportunity to develop technical skills in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities: u2022 Perform quality control reviews of drawings to ensure accuracy and completeness. u2022 Verify and count elements within documentation, ensuring all pieces are accounted for. u2022 Collaborate with team members to maintain organized review processes using established systems. u2022 Review and edit PDFs. u2022 Track exceptions and details using Microsoft Lists to ensure all discrepancies are addressed. u2022 Resolve inconsistencies. u2022 Maintain clear communication with the team to ensure smooth workflows. u2022 Follow peer review processes to uphold quality standards. u2022 Adapt to training provided by the team to effectively carry out QC procedures. u2022 Support record-keeping and data entry tasks as needed. Requirements u2022 Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies. u2022 Proficiency or willingness to learn software tools such as BlueBeam and Microsoft Lists. u2022 Excellent organizational and communication skills. u2022 Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team. u2022 Technical aptitude and willingness to undergo training for specialized processes. u2022 Flexibility to work 20 hours per week with potential for additional hours. u2022 Reliable and consistent performance in maintaining accurate records.
