Whatu2019s a typical day as a Senior Customer Service Representative Youu2019ll be: u2022 Handling inbound calls for all clients, ensuring exceptional service and support. u2022 Assisting supervisors in managing incoming calls, monitoring call reporting, and motivating the team. u2022 Supporting quality monitoring and helpdesk email communications to maintain high service standards.
