Description Are you kind, organized, reliable and creative? DMOS is recruiting a Marketing Program Manager to coordinate events and produce consistent marketing materials that reflect DMOS’ patient-centered experience. This role involves managing the planning and execution of promotional events, coordinating materials to enhance brand visibility, creating content for brand awareness, and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels. This role is a rare full-time position for a professional who has professional experience in story telling, Adobe scheduling, InDesign, video design/editing, and has honed a leadership presence through prior professional experience in a Marketing role, and is looking for next steps into a working manager role. In this full-time, in person position you will work with physicians and senior leadership from the DMOS West Des Moines location. To thrive in this role, a person must be highly organized, creating and respond to requests accordingly. Here is What You Can Expect: + Utilizing Office 365 products to organize event schedules, external communications and general communications. + Opportunity to build Marketing skills set and gain experience serving engaged provider professionals. + Being engaged with a private practice that expects outstanding experiences for patients throughout their orthopaedic journey. + Acting as a brand ambassador, managing materials and assets of the practice. + Working alongside Senior Leadership to establish direction and priorities. + In office role, with office, at the desk for some extended periods of time that may seem unnatural. What We're Looking For: + Skilled. Professional experience in story telling, Adobe scheduling, InDesign, video design/editing. + Calm. Ability to handle multiple projects at one time while staying organized. + Curiosity. Ability to practice the art of listening, asking clarifying questions and avoiding interrupting. + Experience. Prior exposure to marketing, planning events, creative suites and supporting roles. + Dependability. Ensures projects and events are executed timely and supports the overall efficiency of the team.
