You’ll be part of a collaborative team focused on quality, innovation, and continuous improvement, gaining experience in high-tech manufacturing processes.Why You Want This Position:Starting Wage: $18 to $20/hour, depending on experienceShift: Monday through Thursday - 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.Benefits for long-term employees include 401(k)with company match, ACA health insurance, paid holidays and vacation, Thursday donuts, Temp Employee of the Month, flu vaccines, and performance goals celebrationsWork in high tech manufacturing with opportunities to grow or work more hours, as you needEssential Functions and Duties:Build, repair, and test electrical, electro-mechanical, vacuum, and pneumatic assemblies using schematics, work orders, wiring diagrams, and instructionsPerform electro-mechanical assembly, troubleshooting, and repair, identifying and correcting errorsMaintain a safe, clean, and secure work environment, following all safety policies, procedures, and training; promptly report hazards or incidentsUse test fixtures, electronic measurement tools, leak detectors, and vacuum pumps to test assemblies; record progress, labor, and material usage in computer systems; may assist with programming or software installationInspect, receive, and audit parts to ensure completeness; check for defects and ensure quality of finished workTroubleshoot and optimize processes to improve efficiency, reliability, and product qualityQualifications:1 to 2 years of experience in mechanical and/or electrical assemblyAbility to assemble components of varying sizes according to diagrams and integrate assemblies into mechanical and electrical systemsPrior manufacturing or electrical assembly experience is a plusModerately experienced technician capable of troubleshooting and working independentlyHigh Schooldiploma or equivalentFor more information call or text Heather406-752-0191in our Kalispell office.41323
