We are known for creating a high-end five-course a la carte dining experience with a varied menu daily. This is a UNIQUE opportunity to work in the high-end culinary field without the grind of typical culinary hours. The Line Cook rarely ever works past 8 pm as our dining operation has set hours for residents. We're offering competitive pay based on experience & a chance to work in a comfortable environment. Line Cook job requirements: Candidate must be out-going & good with stressful situations. Must have an overall general knowledge of food & sanitation. Excel with guest satisfaction & personnel relationships. Be neat & organized, & have a willingness to work well with & be able to teach others. When required, the Line Cook also fills in for &/or assists the line cooks to make sure that the kitchen runs smoothly. Responsibilities for the Line Cook include but are not limited to being in charge when the executive chef is off duty, assisting with the planning of menus & meals & overseeing the preparation & service of food.
