Job Title: Warehouse Associate Job Description We are seeking motivated Full-time and Seasonal Warehouse Associates to join our team through 2026. In this role, you'll support our warehouse operations by picking, packing, stocking, and receiving merchandise. This is a hands-on position where accuracy, teamwork, and efficiency are key to exceeding customer expectations. Responsibilities + Pick, pack, and prepare merchandise to fulfill customer orders. + Label items accurately and efficiently. + Perform quality control checks to ensure order accuracy and product condition. + Restock inventory and organize warehouse shelves efficiently. + Assist with receiving incoming shipments, verifying accuracy, and staging items. + Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized. + Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors. Essential Skills + Experience with inventory management. + Proficiency in shipping and receiving tasks. + Strong material handling skills. + Ability to use RF scanners effectively. + Experience with packaging, packing, and picking. + Capability to lift up to 50 lbs. + Proficient in forklift operation. + Experience using pallet jacks. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Attention to detail for quality control. + Ability to work in a team environment. + Good organizational skills. Why Work Here? Work Environment Work in a warehouse that is non-climate controlled. This role involves a lot of walking and climbing stairs. The dress code allows for shorts and comfortable clothing that is appropriate. Headphones are acceptable for use with an iPod or iPad, but phones and metal are not permitted. Shift options include 7am-6pm Monday-Friday (A shift) or 4pm-4am Monday-Friday (B shift), with occasional overtime needed on Saturdays. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chattanooga, TN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.50/hr.
