What You’ll Do: Own the scheduling processfor clinical staff, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Revise and review clinical schedulesand hiring templates to keep operations running smoothly. Fill open shifts quicklyby coordinating with PRN team members and managing call-ins or staffing fluctuations. Maintain and post daily/monthly schedules inOnShift(experience preferred). Partner with leadership to ensure staffing ratios meet quality care standards. What We’re Looking For: High School diploma required,additional education a plus. Minimum 1 year of staffing/labor management experience in a skilled nursing community—this is a MUST. Texas CNA or Certified Medication certification strongly preferred. Experience withOnShift scheduling softwareis a big plus! Strong communication and customer service skills—you’ll be the go-to person for scheduling needs. Why Join Touchstone?
