Responsibilities: u2022 Provide strategic support for a large-scale OneStream implementation, ensuring alignment with business requirements. u2022 Collaborate with solution architects and technical teams to guide the design and governance of the system. u2022 Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine business needs for optimal system configuration. u2022 Offer functional expertise during the design and implementation phases to achieve seamless integration. u2022 Evaluate proposed solutions from Oracle and other vendors, ensuring they meet business objectives and technical standards. u2022 Document processes and workflows to maintain clarity and consistency throughout the project. u2022 Engage with implementation partners to challenge and enhance system delivery plans. u2022 Support the go-live phase by coordinating functional requirements and providing technical insights. u2022 Provide ongoing advisory support to ensure the system's success post-implementation. Requirements u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree or higher in Finance or a related field. u2022 At least 7 years of experience in FP& A and related financial roles. u2022 Proven expertise in OneStream, with a strong understanding of system design and implementation. u2022 Proven experience working with Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) u2022 Familiarity with Oracle and Hyperion systems. u2022 Ability to analyze complex business requirements and connect them to technical solutions. u2022 Excellent communication skills, including negotiation and stakeholder management. u2022 Experience documenting financial processes and workflows. u2022 Background in Oracle Fusion is a plus, though not mandatory.
