As theTraining and Readiness Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting critical operations by managing and analyzing training data, ensuring compliance with military readiness standards, and collaborating with leadership. Your work will directly contribute to Cyber Group One’s mission-critical objectives, helping the command achieve its readiness goals through dedicated focus and innovative problem-solving.Key Responsibilities:Command Training ManagementProvide detailed briefings on the command's training program to senior leaders, including Flag Officers, Commanders, and other key personnelDirect communications with interagency organizations, Joint Staff, Department of Defense, U.S. Cyber Command, and other operational teams to support training objectivesMaintain a comprehensive readiness tracking system to ensure individual and unit-level compliance with mandatory training requirementsData Analysis and ReportingConsolidate and analyze training data across multiple sources and platforms to ensure adherence to CMF, DoN, and IW community requirementsAssess the effectiveness of training programs and internal processes through project planning, execution, and evaluation.Generate detailed reports, summaries, and briefings for command leadership, identifying readiness levels, deficiencies, and actionable recommendationsProcess Innovation and SupportDevelop innovative methodologies and tools to address data management and readiness tracking challengesOptimize internal structures, processes, and workflows to improve training efficiency and readiness tracking systemsParticipate as a subject matter expert in panels, working groups, and seminars to provide expertise on training policies, regulations, and best practicesLiaison and CollaborationMaintain ongoing relationships with counterparts from other government agencies to share insights and coordinate training initiatives.Prepare and deliver trend forecasts, compliance updates, and recommendations to enhance organizational readiness at all levels.Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree with 3 years of experience in formal military training program managementOR 7 years of relevant professional experience in lieu of a degreeDemonstrated ability to brief General or Flag Officers and senior-level government leadership using accurate analytical reportingProficient in Microsoft Office Suite for managing large datasets, deriving insights, and creating impactful reports and briefingsExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to navigate policy, resolve challenges, and fulfill training objectivesActive Top-Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility and a current CI Polygraph (U.S. citizenship required)Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex tracking and reporting requirementsProven ability to work independently and collaboratively toward established goalsMust pass mandatory pre-employment and random drug screening testsPreferred QualificationsPrior U.S. Navy service experience at the rank of E-6 or aboveHands-on experience tracking and managing training for aCyber Mission Force (CMF)Familiarity with DoD/DoN-specific training systems (such as DRRS, FLTMPS, or JTIMS)Superior data analysis and visualization capabilities to enhance trend identification and decision-makingPeraton is a next-generation national security company that drives missions of consequence spanning the globe and extending to the farthest reaches of the galaxy. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
