If you are a professional returning to work after a 2+ year career break or worked in part time or independent contractor roles, this could be the perfect opportunity! reacHIRE is invested in helping professionals return with confidence; providing the resources and support needed via Program Managers who will help guide and navigate the entire process alongside you.We know the confidence gap and imposter syndrome can get in the way of meeting amazing Returners, so please don’t hesitate to apply - we’d love to hear from you.*Please note that this is a hybrid role and we are unable to consider candidates who would need to relocate for the program.Overview: As a Corporate Actions Analyst, you will help oversee a team of analysts responsible for researching and validating corporate action data to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of securities processing information to our business partners.What You’ll Contribute Day-to-Day:Oversee and review daily team deliverablesEnsure all SLAs are met, and daily work is completed accurately and on timeServe as an escalation point for business partners regarding inquiries and daily tasksIdentify and recommending process and reporting improvementsMonitor internal controls and proactively addressing potential risksProve oversight and support for team initiativesOwn incident follow-up activities as well as updates to controls and processesYou'll Be A Great Fit If you Have:Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related fieldComprehensive understanding of the financial services industryProven experience leading, mentoring and motivating high-performing teamsAbility to collaborate effectively with senior leaders and business partnersStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsTrack record of contributing to high risk, high visibility initiativesAbility to react in a fast paced, deadline-driven environmentSkilled at managing multiple priorities and adapting to shifting demandsreacHIRE is changing the trajectory for individuals in the workplace by partnering with forward-thinking companies. reacHIRE believes a career break shouldn't be a career breaker.
