Join our innovative team as a Neurofeedback Technician, where you’ll play a pivotal role in utilizing cutting-edge technology to understand and improve brain function.As a Neurofeedback Technician at Calo Programs, you will support preteens and teenagers through neurotherapy by administering treatments, assisting with sessions, monitoring progress, and creating a safe, supportive environment. Guided by our relational, trauma‑informed approach, your work helps students impacted by early developmental trauma engage fully in treatment and move toward improved brain function and emotional well‑being during critical developmental years.Administer quantitative electroencephalogram (qEEG), record brainwave activity, and process raw data using specialized software.Create detailed reports, collaborate with the family system, and present brain mapping results in a clear, relatable way for parents.Manage and prioritize scheduling to ensure students are seen consistently for treatment sessions. Compare treatment data over time to evaluate progress and recommend protocols.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and participate in treatment planning meetings.Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, coordinating with manufacturers for solutions.Contribute to ongoing research projects focused on advancing neurofeedback practices.Must be 21 years or olderMust pass a state and federal background checkMust pass a physical and drug screenStrong interpersonal and communication skills.Patience, empathy, and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.Experience:Preferred: Experience in case management or certification as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP).No experience as a neurofeedback tech?
