Event Sales Coordinator - Boston We’re seeking a highly organized, client-focused Event Sales Coordinator to support the planning and execution of high-volume, experience-driven events in Boston.This role blends event logistics, client service, and sales support. Ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and loves bringing events to life.Responsibilities:Coordinate end-to-end event planning (logistics, timelines, vendors, F&B, AV)Serve as primary liaison for confirmed clientsConduct site visits and walkthroughsCreate and manage BEOs and booking documentationTrack payments, pre-orders, and final detailsCollaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, and FinanceSupport upselling initiatives and enhance guest experienceRequirements:2+ years in events or high-volume hospitalityStrong communication and presentation skillsExceptional organization and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple events simultaneouslyCRM and booking platform proficiencyA proactive, team-first mindsetBenefits:Above-average base salary of 55k plus commissionsMedical, dental, and vision with coverage kicking in within 30 days of start.Lucrative and attainable commission program.Unbridled growth potential as we open up other locations.
