Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise concrete crews in all phases of work including forming, pouring, finishing, and site prep.Read and interpret project plans, grades, and drawings to execute accurate anize labor, equipment, and materials to meet project deadlines.Ensure all work meets specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.Provide direction to team members, monitor performance, and foster a positive team environment.Conduct daily site inspections and maintain jobsite safety and municate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient workflow.Maintain accurate documentation of daily progress and materials used.Adapt to shifting schedules and project priorities with flexibility and calm.Operate and maintain heavy equipment as needed for task support. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of concrete and construction experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or foreman role.CDL required for transporting materials and equipment.Strong knowledge of forming systems, concrete pours, rebar placement, and finishing techniques.Excellent leadership, time management, and problem-solving skills.Ability to motivate a crew and maintain productivity under deadline pressure.Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to maintain high standards of fortable working outdoors in all weather and able to lift and move heavy materials.No formal education required—proven jobsite leadership and experience are what matter most.
