Eatonu2019s Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a Senior Principal IT Integration Management Office. The expected annual salary range for this role is $158000 - $232000 a year. Job Summary: Initiate, Plan, Control, Execute, and Close integration project Program deliverables following Eaton-prescribed process, ProLaunch and Eaton Acquisition & Divesture PM Playbooks, to ensure business integration objectives are met. The PM integration program leader will manage multiple work streams within a Program reporting to the IT Mergers and Acquisition Leader for projects that may require large internal and external consulting efforts. RFP/SOW/Contract. Engagement of SCM and the IPO in Ireland is critical. The IT Integration Management Leader is responsible for orchestrating the seamless integration of systems, processes, and teams for our acquisitions. This role ensures alignment across stakeholders, drives synergy realization, and mitigates risks during integration efforts. The role will be responsible for IT integration for various workstreams and focus on overall success factors. This role will be focused on the Boyd Integration and will also lead the Integration Management Office to ensure consistency of delivery and value across all mergers and acquisitions. They will act as a coach to the various integration leaders and program managers to drive consistency of approach and execution. What youu2019ll do: Job Responsibilities Initiating and Planning u2022 Draft the project charter; ensure requirements are aligned with the scope and approved by the sponsor u2022 Work with resource managers to staff projects. Define and communicate roles for project team u2022 Develop the project plan with direct input from stakeholders that details the work break down structure, critical path, resources, and effort. Ensure stakeholders are committed to the plan u2022 Establish project budget; capital hardware, software, and labor; expense labor and non-labor u2022 Develop communication strategies with key stakeholders u2022 Develop risk management plans; identify risks and develop respective mitigation and contingency plans. Define the risk reserve and incorporate it into the project plan Execution and Control u2022 Manage employee, contractor, and supplier deliverables to ensure the project is completed on time per the schedule approved at Gate 2 u2022 Manage quality of the deliverables. Ensure all requirements have been validated (i.e., traceability matrix) and ensure the user acceptance tests have been developed, approved, and executed to successful completion prior to going live u2022 Manage the project budget; track effort and green dollar spend; correlate actuals and forecast to the plan (burn rate) u2022 Lead communications with key stakeholders. Monitor and report on schedule and budget variances.
