This is a physical, handsu2011on role for someone who wants steady work, overtime, and longu2011term growth u2014 not just a shortu2011term gig. ?ufe0f WHAT YOUu2019LL DO + Move and stage materials using forklifts and material handling equipment + Load, unload, and retrieve product from designated areas + Measure, weigh, mix, label, and package materials + Operate dryers to keep materials at the right moisture levels + Keep equipment clean to prevent contamination + Perform daily checks and basic maintenance on forklifts + Spot quality issues and report unusual conditions + Adjust tasks or schedules as production needs change + Lift and move up to 55 lbs and stay active throughout the shift u2705 Youu2019ll stay moving u2705 Youu2019ll know exactly whatu2019s expected u2705 Youu2019ll be part of a production team that depends on you ? WHO THIS JOB IS FOR + Youu2019ve worked in warehousing, production, or material handling + You have at least 6 months of forklift experience + You can handle physical work (lifting, bending, carrying) + You can read and follow English work instructions + Youu2019re reliable and take safety seriously ? 1+ year forklift experience is a plus ? High school diploma or GED preferred, not required ? WORK ENVIRONMENT + Factory setting with two material handling buildings + One area handles plastics; another can get warm in the summer + Nonu2011climateu2011controlled environment + Required PPE: metatarsal boots, safety glasses, hearing protection + Casual workwear (no shorts or cutoff sleeves) Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Le Sueur, MN.
