Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Picker to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to accurately and efficiently pick products from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. This role is crucial to ensuring our customers receive the correct items on time. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and thrives in a fast-paced, physical environment. Key Responsibilities: u00b7 Accurately locate and pick products from shelving, racks, and pallet locations using pick tickets. u00b7 Ensure order accuracy by verifying item numbers, quantities, and product condition. u00b7 Operate material handling equipment safely and responsibly (e.g., pallet jacks, order pickers, forklifts u2013 must be fork-lift certified). u00b7 Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area, adhering to all safety policies and procedures. u00b7 Assist with receiving, stocking, and cycle counting as needed. u00b7 Meet or exceed established productivity and accuracy goals (picks per hour, error rate). u00b7 Report any inventory discrepancies, equipment issues, or safety hazards to a supervisor. Qualifications & Skills: Required: u00b7 High school diploma or equivalent. u00b7 Ability to lift and carry up to [e.g., 50 lbs.] repeatedly throughout the shift. u00b7 Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and reaching for the entire duration of the shift. u00b7 Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. u00b7 Basic math and reading skills, must be computer literate. u00b7 Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team. u00b7 Previous experience (2-3 years ) as a picker, selector, or in a similar warehouse role. u00b7 We do not utilize RF scanners, the successful candidate must be able to utilize a non-standard, non-universal in-house WMS software system in order to print and pick orders . u00b7 Certification to operate a forklift or other powered industrial equipment. u00b7 Ability to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as required by business needs.
