Job Description As a Field Service Technician, you will: u2022u2003Perform pre-site surveys, installation, testing, commissioning, repairs, preventative maintenance, and field modifications (upgrades) on both company-manufactured and third-party electrical equipment. u2022u2003Work with a variety of systems, including: ou2003Low and Medium Voltage (LV & MV) breaker retrofits ou2003LV & MV testing and commissioning ou2003Protection and control systems ou2003LV drives ou2003Metering solutions ou2003Transformer testing ou2003Capacitor bank maintenance and testing ou2003Bus duct installation and repair ou2003Switchboard installation, maintenance, and repair u2022u2003Use diagnostic and test equipment (multimeters, temperature probes, etc.) to troubleshoot and resolve issues. u2022u2003Interact directly with customers, ensuring high-quality service and support. u2022u2003Report to the Service Manager and work both independently and as part of a team. Skills & Abilities: u2022u2003Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. u2022u2003Computer literacy with standard business applications (Salesforce experience is a plus). u2022u2003Knowledge of quote and proposal creation is an asset. u2022u2003Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills. u2022u2003Superior customer relations and interaction skills. u2022u2003Ability to use test and diagnostic equipment confidently. u2022u2003Professionalism, punctuality, flexibility, and a safety-oriented mindset.
