We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Bilingual SpanishReceptionist to join our team in Roxbury, Massachusetts. In thiscontract position, you will serve as the first point of contact forclients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service whilemanaging key administrative tasks. Ideal candidates will demonstratestrong organizational skills, a friendly demeanor, and fluency in bothEnglish and Spanish. Responsibilities: ? Greet and assist visitors andclients in a detail-oriented and welcoming manner. ? Handle incomingcalls using a multi-line phone system, ensuring prompt and accurateresponses. ? Manage switchboard operations for up to 10 phone lines,directing calls efficiently. ? Provide assistance to callers byaddressing inquiries and routing them to the appropriate department. ?Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and organized at alltimes. ? Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointmentsand managing correspondence. ? Collaborate with team members to ensuresmooth daily operations and effective communication. ? Upholdconfidentiality and maintain a high standard when handling sensitiveinformation. ? Fluency in both Spanish and English is required. ? Provenexperience in receptionist duties, preferably in a fast-pacedenvironment. ? Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and switchboardoperations. ? Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ? Abilityto manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail. ?Well-groomed appearance and courteous demeanor. ? Basic proficiency inoffice software, such as Microsoft Office Suite. ? Availability to workpart-time hours as needed.
