We are looking for a skilled and dependable Line Cook. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment, ensuring consistency, speed, and adherence to food safety standards. You will work closely with the kitchen staff to deliver an exceptional dining experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities Food Preparation: Prep ingredients (chopping vegetables, cutting meat, preparing sauces) according to recipes. Line Cooking: Set up and stock stations; cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff. Quality Control: Ensure food comes out simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely fashion. Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized workstation; follow all health and safety regulations (HS&E). Inventory: Monitor stock levels and inform management when supplies are low. Qualifications Experience: Proven experience as a Line Cook, Prep Cook, or in a similar kitchen role. Skills: Excellent grill and sauté techniques; strong knife skills. Attributes: Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment; strong communication and teamwork skills.
