Job Title: Maintenance Technician $35-37/hr- First shift Job Description + Ensure all repairs are completed timely and in a cost-effective manner. + Maintain office spaces, production areas, public areas, and production equipment. + Collaborate with the maintenance supervisor for hiring, training, and supervising employees. + Experience in automation and maintenance of metal manufacturing equipment including presses, cranes, welding bays, and paint booths. + Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and CMMS systems. + Knowledge in hydraulics, pneumatics, and preventive maintenance. + 3+ years of maintenance mechanic experience. + PLC troubleshooting, controls knowledge + Extensive knowledge of building systems such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. + Working knowledge of facilities, machines, and equipment.
