About Your Role: As a WMS System Administrator at Dollar Treeu2019s Distribution Center, youu2019ll be the subject matter expert for our Manhattan WMS, leading system configuration, training, and post-implementation support. Youu2019ll ensure the system meets business needs, train users, and support Inventory Control and DC Operations to maintain smooth and efficient operations. Your day-to-day job duties include, but are not limited to: Key Responsibilities: u2022 Serve as the expert in system configuration and application use u2022 Travel up to 75% to various Distribution Center locations u2022 Reports to home Distribution Center when not traveling u2022 Develop build check list u2022 Provide u201cTrain the Traineru201d education for new and existing users u2022 Develop configuration, training documentation, and build checklists u2022 Coordinate system updates and maintain system settings post-implementation u2022 Ensure a smooth and successful implementation of the Manhattan WMS u2022 Participate in data mapping from legacy systems to the new WMS u2022 Provide guidance to Inventory Control and DC Operations on system best practices u2022 Identify business needs and determine solutions within the WMS u2022 Collaborate with the WMS Vendor Team to make implementation and configuration decisions u2022 Mentor team members and employees to embrace change u2022 Support reporting, troubleshooting, and continuous system improvement Your Required Skills and Experience: u2022 Minimum 5 years of warehouse and/or system implementation experience u2022 Strong knowledge of warehouse management, labor management, yard management, and slotting u2022 Excellent oral and written communication skills u2022 Proficient in Microsoft Office u2022 Project and Change Management experience u2022 Ability to motivate and develop team members to achieve organizational goals u2022 Ability to work independently in a remote environment as well as onsite as required for projects etc. Preferred Requirements: u2022 Experience with Manhattan WMS or similar warehouse management systems u2022 Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment u2022 Proven track record of leading successful WMS implementations u2022 Ability to function as a system and process expert while supporting multiple teams Our success is a team effort u2014 when we reach our goals, youu2019ll be eligible for a yearly bonus Your Perks and Benefits: We offer a wide variety of rewards to support your health, wealth, and mental well-being.
