Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Analyst to join our team in Mountain Home, Arkansas. As part of this Contract to permanent opportunity, you will play a key role in managing financial data, supporting reconciliation processes, and ensuring the accuracy of accounting records. Responsibilities: u2022 Perform comprehensive analyses of accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance. u2022 Manage billing functions, including invoice preparation, tracking, and timely resolution of discrepancies. u2022 Reconcile accounts to maintain accurate financial records and identify any inconsistencies. u2022 Support the preparation of detailed financial reports and summaries for internal use. u2022 Collaborate with other teams to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency. u2022 Assist in maintaining and updating accounting systems to support organizational goals. u2022 Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights. u2022 Ensure adherence to applicable accounting standards and regulations. u2022 Contribute to process improvements and automation efforts to enhance operational performance. Requirements u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. u2022 Proven experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing processes. u2022 Strong skills in account reconciliation and financial data analysis. u2022 Proficiency in accounting software and advanced knowledge of Excel. u2022 Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. u2022 Ability to communicate complex financial data clearly to non-financial stakeholders. u2022 Familiarity with reporting and visualization tools is a plus. u2022 Knowledge of predictive modeling or process automation tools is advantageous.
