JOB REQUIREMENTS: Auto Thread Rolling Set Up and Operator Shift: 1st,(7am-3pm) Pay: $23-$25/hr (Based on experience) We are seeking askilled Auto Thread Rolling Set-Up and Operator to join our 1st shiftproduction team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experienceoperating and setting up Waterbury Farrel thread rollers and a strongmechanical aptitude. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride inprecision machining and enjoys working in a team-oriented manufacturingenvironment. Job Description: Set up and operate Waterbury Farrel threadrolling machines according to specifications. Read and interpretblueprints and job orders to determine part dimensions, tolerances, andrequired operations. Start machines, observe operations, and inspectfirst-run samples to ensure conformance to specifications. Operatemachines to produce quality metal parts in accordance with printspecifications. Troubleshoot and adjust machines during production tomaintain consistent quality. Perform routine and preventativemaintenance on machines. Maintain organization and cleanliness of thework area. Follow all safety, quality, and ISO guidelines.Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.Experience: Previous experience in thread rolling or screw machineoperations preferred.
