If you thrive in a hands-on environment and enjoy being part of a collaborative team, this is an opportunity to make a direct impact on customer satisfaction and business performance.What Youll DoAs a Production Associate, you will:- Assemble, process, and photograph products for online sale in accordance with established production guidelines- Make real-time adjustments to improve efficiency and quality based on daily results- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment- Follow all safety procedures and help promote a culture of workplace safety- Meet or exceed daily production targets while maintaining high-quality standards- Cross-train in other production areas to support operational flexibility- Use computers, tablets, cameras, and software systems to support production and inventory workflows- Perform other duties as needed to support team and company goalsWhat Were Looking ForThe ideal candidatepossesses a positive and proactive mindset, as well as the ability to work efficiently in a production or fulfillment environment.
