You'll experience a culture where your growth and contributions truly matter.Coffman Engineers is seeking a Civil Engineer (1-3 years) who wishes to gain site development experience for a variety of projects, learn how to develop new business relationships, and work in a professional, fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be an outgoing, enthusiastic self-starter, with a desire to work and grow with a multidiscipline engineering team and be willing to have funQualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or similar ABET-accredited programCivil Engineer-in-Training (E.I.T.) required or pendingOne to three years' experienceExperience and/or interest in general site engineering including creating conceptual plans, preparing construction plans, working with senior civil engineers, collaborating with other engineering disciplines and architects, visiting construction sites, and providing technical assistance during design and constructionDesign skills for preparing site plans, grading and drainage plans, storm water management design, water and sanitary sewer utility plans, ADA accessibility, and other associated improvementsExperience with AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D drafting system and standards preferredExperience with MS Office programsDesire to work as a pro-active team playerEffective technical writing and communication skillsExcellent time management skills.A positive, can-do-attitude.Salary range: $74,000-$81,000 annuallyThis position is not eligible for sponsorship.Additional InformationWhy You Want to Work HereYou could choose to work anywhere, so why work at Coffman Engineers?
