We provide a first class valet parking and seek friendly, outgoing individuals with a desire to create a guest experience that exceeds all expectations.As a valet supervisor, you will support both valet and bell operations by guiding the team while on duty. Valet Supervisors are the linchpin to a successful operation and must always maintain a positive and impactful presenceFull-Time Position | Open Availability RequiredHours and shifts may vary due to business needValet Supervisor DutiesGuide the team's interactions with guests and fellow employees by being a positive role model.Provide oversight to operation through demonstrated competence in guest services, parking strategy and proper reporting.Ensure team has tools needed to perform respective duties, share communications through pass along logs, etc.Work collaboratively with the valet team ensure prompt service for every guest.Train and develop staff as needed to ensure top-level service and hospitality.Ensure that appropriate service recovery measures are followed to ensure guest satisfaction with our services and associates.Perform ancillary duties as directed.Maintain professional appearance of yourself, your team and work area while on duty.Give constructive feedback to employees when needed.Lead by example in attitude, attendance, punctuality and willingness to do whatever it take to make the team successful.Be able to multi-task and prioritize duties.Minimum QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED requiredSix months leadership experience preferredExcellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentValid driver's license requiredCandidate must submit to and pass a pre-employment drug screen - oralCandidate must submit and pass a gaming Work Permit Application12 Oaks is an equal opportunity employer. 12 Oaks does not discriminate based on race, religion, color, sex, national origin, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.All applicants must submit to and pass pre-employment testing to include background check and MVR (motor vehicle record) review.
