Job Description

The configuration and data (C&D) lead is a full-time position who reports directly to the maintenance and operations director. The C&D Lead provides configuration control, data governance, and workflow discipline, ensuring every CMMS process operates accurately, consistently, and in full compliance with Government expectations. Our C&D Lead governs workflows, validates data quality, configures job plans, ensures compliance with reporting requirements, and serves as the liaison for Maximo upgrades, integrations, and mobile synchronization. The configuration and data lead will work with the Certified Maintenance & Reliability Specialist to adjust/configure preventative maintenance tasks to conform with data and feedback from the predictive maintenance program. The goal of the configuration and data lead is to maximize the efficiency of site personnel, vendors, and subcontractor support. The configuration and data lead will work with the shop leads to balance annual and quarterly workloads, develop weekly and monthly schedules, and address positions and skillsets required to efficiently complete work within contractual timelines. **Responsibilities** + The individual will work in Maximo creating, editing, generating, and scheduling preventive maintenance tasks for technicians. + Validates Data quality, configures job plans, and ensures reporting requirement compliance. + Ensures parts and tools required for preventative maintenance work orders are available when work is scheduled. + Coordinates with planners, shop supervisors and trade experts to define maintenance and repair requirements. + Develop a Monthly and Weekly master schedule that coordinates all vendor support, light construction projects, preventative and corrective maintenance work orders. + The master scheduler will ensure all materials, tools and other resources are available for the completion of scheduled work. + Spearheads the balancing of annual and quarterly workloads for preventative maintenance and other tasks/events on the contract with consistent reoccurrence (of any frequency). + Works with the Program Manager, office supervisors, and shop leads to balance the contract workload. + Work with the certified maintenance and reliability specialist on preventative. maintenance tasks for assets, adjustments to schedules, and validating the date being used by the AI tool to recommend adjustments to the maintenance program. + Will Server as the liaison for Maximo upgrades, integrations and mobile synchronization. **Qualifications** + Candidates must be eligible to obtain a DoD Secret clearance for consideration. + High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, facilities management or related field preferred. + Five years of experience in business analytics, scheduling, and project management. + Minimum 5-year experience managing and utilizing Maximo 6.x and/or 7.x in an industrial environment with the ability to learn and migrate to Maximo 9.x. + Experience managing IBM Maximo Application suite to include implementation and configuration of IBM Maximo solutions, collaborating with managers and supervisors to gather and document. + Requirements to translate them into effective Maximo configurations, designing and implementing functional workflows and data models, and maintaining technical and functional documentation.
