Essential Duties & Responsibilities Assist residents with meals, feeding, and hydration Provide personal hygiene care including bathing, grooming, toileting, and showers Assist with ambulation, turning, positioning, and transfers Monitor resident stability by checking vital signs and weights; record intake and output Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff Document care using required forms, reports, logs, and records Maintain resident privacy and dignity in compliance with HIPAA guidelines Follow professional standards, company policies, and federal, state, and local regulations (including JCAHO when applicable) Participate in education and training opportunities Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification per state requirements Long-term care experience preferred Current CPR certification required Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English Physical Demands Ability to sit, stand, bend, and walk regularly Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds Visual and auditory ability sufficient for written and verbal communication Moderate noise level in the work environment Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions IND123
